NOTICE

• The Student Services Office – Via Mattioli – serves as the central student services office for the Department of Law, the Department of Political and International Sciences, the Department of Physical, Earth and Environmental Sciences, and the Department of Social, Political and Cognitive Sciences.

Forms common to all four departments are available at the bottom of the page, while department-specific notices and forms can be accessed via the links on the right.

PUBLIC OPENING HOURS

Telephone helpdesk: 0577 235540 Monday to Friday 12:00 - 13:00

In-person counter: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 - 13:00 (by appointment on the UFIRST platform)

Virtual desk (telephone or via UFIRST platform): Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00 - 13:00 (by appointment on UFIRST platform)

To book an appointment, students must download the Ufirst app on their mobile phones. The app allows users to select the relevant office and choose an available time slot from the list provided. Appointments outside of regular in-person hours can also be booked remotely via Ufirst.

Once the appointment is booked, the system will automatically send two reminder notifications:

• the first one the day before the appointment,
• and the second 30 minutes prior.

Non-registered students must also use the Ufirst app to schedule an appointment.
